As the founder of Pivot Your Wellness, an online women's health & movement coaching practice, she guides women in making lifestyle change sustainable, easy, and dare she say, FUN! 

With 9 years of experience in clinical practice and personal experience with body image challenges, disordered eating patterns, chronic pain, and surgery, she believes in the magical power of a holistic approach to women's health. Michelle guides her clients in developing the self-care skills around movement, stress, nutrition and much more, which elevates our self worth. You deserve to live with more joy and ease.
